I wrote the hook whilst I was in my feelings bout an ex fling. Everyone kept telling me to take time to myself and regardless of the alone time in quarantine, I was missing the gyal bare. I planned on throwing away the song, but then Titch and D-boy heard it and told me I’m a fool.
