It is all about timing; with their debut album "Atoms To Atoms" across three stunning pieces of vinyl coming later this month, the timing is perfect for a 55min mix with a good few unreleased/up and coming tracks from Zodiac Childs and some of their favourite artists alongside tried and tested heaters old and new. 

Zodiac Childs channels the spirit of UK hardcore; sonically leaning on the sounds of electro, classic breaks and techno. They tend to take their audience on a journey across the entire nightlife experience, from atmospheric opener to the energy of abandoned northern English factories and mills, rusted and empty yet filled by 303 basslines. 

With otherworldly EP releases on Exalt, Further Electronix and their own Zodiac Wax they will now finally add to their impressive discography with their new LP:

Antiguos Astronautas is based on the concept of the “Ancient Astronauts” who are believed to be pre-Columbian civilizations in the American continent with very advanced knowledge that even now at days we don’t have information on how they had such advanced knowledge about astronomy, mathematics, architecture, and science in general. The album explores the idea of what would happen if suddenly we were able to access this futuristic knowledge unknown to us. This concept explores the narrative of native American cultures in a futuristic sci-fi scenario and take these “past” cultures into the future to experience them from other new perspectives and this Album is the soundtrack to it.

The artwork is a futuristic sci-fi 3D art reinterpretation of "Ollin" a prehispanic symbol that means "Movement or Motion" and is also related to prehispanic calendars and astronomy in different cultures of ancient America.

Welcome to Episode 194 on Poisonoise Music with this mammoth 200 minute set coming in from Dutch based artist Rugon.  

Story Arc: (time, style, drive, depth)
  
First hour: 121BPM Deep dubby techno, first subdued, further on more pronounced. 
Mid section: 123BPM Works it's way towards a vibe that could be defined as dub-tech-minimal. 
While grunchy chords are still in dub and stabbing into the deep, the beats and bass become groovy and dancefloor friendly. 
Ends as deep as it started, the very end almost flows into ambient soundscapes but the last track (by Rugon) prevents it and with that it (the track Şofer) concludes the voyage by 
steadily flowing on and away towards the deep immaculate.

For the 15 years of Terminal M festivities it was a sure step to also get back into our catalogue and obviously listened to the older releases again. And it quickly came to our mind that Monika Kruses @ Voodooamt's classic 'Passengers' album from 2003 still is a true gem. So we reworked and remastered the whole album and asked close friends to select a track they wanted to remix. Oliver Huntemann, Alberto Ruiz and Skober immediately agreed and surprised us with their great new interpretations.

Luke Slater (aka LB Dub Corporation, Planetary Assault Systems, Krispy Krouton, Lloyd Owes Me A Packet, Deputy Dawg and Earnest Honest, amongst others) is back with a very special double remix EP of Josh Wink's "Denial". Luke splits up his multiple personalities with two reworks coming in from his better known aliases, LB Dub Corporation and Planetary Assault Systems.

Three years of silence since LB's Unknown Origin album on Ostgut Ton have now been broken with his relentless 8.5 minute spin on "Denial". Stark in contrast to Planetary's heavily mechanical take which opens the release, the "LB Dub Corporation Mix" is set apart by its analogue loops and undulating groove. Mr. Slater shows off his schizophrenic talent(s) with this remix EP of forward-thinking, floor-focused machine music – providing a heavy remix package that needn't include any more artists to cause an absolute ruckus. A warmly welcomed return to one of techno's seasoned pros.
