EBM influenced Industrial Techno\Dark Techno with experimental textures and sounds/samples with a hard 4/4 tempo. 

Static Ghost is an Olympia, WA based EBM/Industrial project helmed by Travis Stanley (vocals/synth/drums for Altar of Eris). Created from love of the genres and using instruments\tools in ways that are not their designated duty or function to create something new, but familiar. Travis is also influenced heavily by Italian Giallo, Noir and gothic horror cinema.

his hope lost...
he found that he stood in the shadow of the tallest man he had ever seen.
was it an angel?
was it a demon?
was it anything to be feared or to be praised?

He could not tell

the ground shook and the winds trembled
as a deafening voice spoke out
"I would be your God.”

All the man could see when he looked up
was a face that resembled his own.
"give me all of you and I will give you the world. give me everything."

the man knew something was amiss
he couldn’t tell how he just knew that he did.
the fear that pulsed through his every vein and capillary was undeniable
the power he felt that electrified the air
was indisputable

There were FORCES at work here he could hardly understand.

but as the man looked up
in those eyes he could see no love
in that voice he could hear no hope
here in this place he could sense no truth

THIS WAS A TRICK!
This was the oldest trick.
