“Olé” is the cry out, the statement, the primary communication of those witnessing a performance where the art of those involved is totally joyful (either playing dancing or singing). Theoretically it is a word of Arabic origin, which has its roots in the word Allah, so when we shout an “olé” we are blessing an action on a spiritual level.

These tracks are a selection from the last two years of experimentation and bring  together a whole range of those moments of inspiration. With a pinch of darkness, a sprinkle of twilight, glitch cuts and intricate melodies, Multiman takes you on a real psychedelic journey.

Julian really is a multi-man when it comes to art. He is a professional composer, photographer, sound engineer as well as a highly talented graphic & web designer.

With his Multiman project he brings an unique symbiosis of analogue machines from the past, digital tools from the present and home built devices from the future. Focused on breaking boundaries his sound is powerful, experimental and simply awesome. He is currently pushing his "real Live set" without Laptop playing all over Europe.

Accompanied by modified toys, synthesizers, samplers, 80´s computers or DIY gadgets, this artist will make you hallucinate and turn you into an honour passenger of his spaceship.

As a musician Multi started to play saxophone at the age of 8, being part of a jazz big band in his childhood town. The first contact with the composing world was at the age of 14, being a member of a Hip-Hop band, in charge of the instrumentals, singing and turntablism. Soon he started to show a true love to gear and added to his palette various synthesizers, groove boxes to compose and perform. 

Deejaying professionally betwen 1999 and 2004, playing sets from old school elektro, breakbeats, drum & bass, garage, jungle or acid- techno... but it is not until 2003 when he decided to become a Sound engineer and use his music hardware to compose Psytrance, performing live on stage without any computer since then.

Currently Multiman resides in the "Sierra de Aracena", Huelva (Spain), continuing to make psychedelic trance, graphic design and Mastering for different European labels. Alongside, he is working on his own experimental audio-visual DIY project (Inspektor Gadjet) which focuses on Open source Software / hardware, sharing content, tutorials and sample libraries.
