Canadian artist Munna Cash, is an aspiring rapper making his way into the music industry - with his hit song “BSR”, he quickly became a recognizable sound in the GTA. Now, almost two years into his career, his first EP “Cash Season”, will be coming for the charts. The EP consists of a 6 song track list, each song carefully curated and strategically placed, speaks to all of the multi-faceted layers of the rapper. The inspiration for Cash Season came from idols like Chief Keef, Birdman and Munna’s own journey chasing success. Munna talks about his challenges as an upcoming rapper, his struggles chasing success, and his experiences with new found journey, from his first single, to his EP. Munna stayed true to himself, and his flow, while evolving his sound, and he proved all this on, “Own Lane”, expressing the importance of staying focused on his goals as an artist. The EP has has a list of producers from OGR to Hous3 of Commons, all coming together creating a trap sound mixed with elegant instruments. The EP has no featured artists, however Munna has plans to include other artists on future projects.
