Blending industrial techno, hard techno, rhythmic noise, punk, and electro with exceptional sound design, yumeo crafts a bold and immersive sonic world. In contrast, Shimon_Harbig channels the raw energy of hardcore techno, gabber, UK hardcore, and breakcore, reshaping them with his own uncompromising style. Together, they return with "Grace 2", the long-awaited sequel to their split release.

Their first collaboration, "Grace" (released in 2022), earned strong acclaim from discerning listeners and DJs worldwide, firmly establishing both artists as key figures in the underground scene. Since then, their tracks have been supported by top names such as Gabber Eleganza, DJ Bus Replacement Service, The DJ Producer, and Somniac One, proving their growing influence and artistic power.

Now, three years later, "Grace 2" marks a new chapter—each artist pushing their individuality even further to forge completely new, unorthodox forms of hardcore expression.

The release features guest remixes by The Silence (the duo of Eye-D from The Outside Agency / Ghost in The Machine and Ophidian), pioneers of industrial hardcore, as well as France’s next-generation powerhouse Nagazaki, who continues to redefine the hardcore landscape. Skull Vomit and Singaya are the two other monikers from Tony Welter who is also half of the fierce Electro/Grind duo Eustachian and partial owner of Fathme Records. The last few years, Tony has left the Eustachian name behind to rest respectively to concentrate on his 2 still very heavily metal influenced solo projects. One (Singaya), a dubstep driven, electronic grind scuffle and the other, (Skull Vomit) a more fast paced industrial breakcore riot. Cardopusherの楽しそうな顔が目に浮かぶ、これだけハードなアルバムなのに一聴してこぼれる感想が「楽しそう」なのだから不思議なアルバムだ。この音楽は簡単に言うとBreakcoreに分類されている音楽のようだ。Breakcore系のサウンドは、シーンによっては(しかも結構栄えているシーンで)既存のジャンル名に当てはまらないちょっと過激なそんな音を、まるごとBreakcore・場合によってはNu Raveとしてゴッチャに分類していたりするようだ。そりゃあ勿論この呼称カテゴリーを全て当たって行けば、「えぇ！？このアーティストまでBreakcoreって言っちゃうの！？Nu Raveって言っちゃうの！？」みたいなものも溢れているけれど、なんだかみんな適当だし、あんまり真面目に分類する気もないみたいだし、もちろん私にもないのだ。
Breakcoreという言葉はとても便利だ。誤解を恐れずに言えば、なんだかよくわからない過激サウンドはみんなBreakcoreだ。ここは最終出力としてのジャンルのルツボであり、何といってもルーツのルツボなのである。少なくともBreakcoreはTrance/Hardcoreといったスタイルとは異なり、ベーシックテンプレートの存在しない音楽だと言えるはずだ。ある程度のテンプレートが存在すれば、楽曲構成がこうで・シンセの種類がこうで、みたいな暗黙の了解は勿論のこと、案外みんな音楽のルーツが一緒だったりする状況が自然と生まれたりするものだ。でもBreakcoreにはこれといったテンプレートがない、最終出力として世界中のアーティストが捻り出すそれは確実に「Breakcore」なのだけれど、一人一人のサウンドから全く異なるルーツを見出すことが出来る。まあそんな嘘っぽいジャンル話はこれぐらいにして、、
改めて書くと、Cardopusherのこのアルバムは実に楽しそうなアルバムなのだ。このアルバムからはCardopusherのあらゆるルーツが、歪みつくしたブレイクビーツ・ガバキックに載せられ実に愉快に飛び込んでくる。何故、これ程まで激しい音を愉快に感じてしまうのだろうか？一聴して耳に残るラガ・ボイスのせいかしら？勿論それもあるのだろうけれど、このアルバムから発せられる楽しさはもっともっとストレートかつ全面的なものだ。ああ、Cardopusherの音には迷いがないのだ。彼は「見てくれよコレ！面白いだろ！」と言わんばかりに、私達に向けて自らのルーツを詰め込んだおもちゃ箱を全力で投げ飛ばして来るのだ。しかもそのおもちゃ箱はなんだか知らないがガチャポンみたいなモノが満載だったらしく、私達にはただそこに居るだけで次から次へとCardopusherサウンドが転がり込んでくるという訳だ。そして向こう側に見えるのはCardopusherの全開の笑み、これが愉快でなくて何なのだろう。そしてその一直線な意欲は見ての通りのダイナミックなサウンドで・見ての通りのハイクオリティで・見ての通りの新鮮さで私達にぶつかってくる。
ガチャボンうんぬんはともかくとして、誰もが愉快に、そしてハードに踊れるアルバムが出来上がった訳だ。これを読んでいるあなたがまだ体験していないのだとしたら、是非Cardopusherのおもちゃ箱に飛び込んで欲しい。愉快だ！実に愉快だよCardopusher！
