I've heard of long over indulgent intros but wtf 

The lone adventurer embraces the desolation of the countryside. The quietness looms over the plains as the wind whispers through the swaying crops. The steady impact of your trusted horses swift footsteps to venture to the next campsite. The venture out west unbeknownst to the traveler will open a world of possibility. The brightness of invisible rain glimmering in the sun as it falls to nurture the land in which you traveled toward. Trouble on the homestead is ahead but for now our Western Venture if full of hope and promise one iron clad step at a time.

I think this might be one of my favorite live sets I've ever recorded. On the night of my debut album release, too, and around some of my favorite people in the world:) It was so much fun to build this journey and perform it on the massive sound system at The Firmament GVL.
