Deep, dub-inspired, minimalist house and techno music that reflects the mountainous vistas and rocky beaches which are so far from the established club culture scenes of other places on the continent with grooves that take their time, as if they are being broadcast from another planet.

Dutch West Coast selector, Intergalactic Gary is in charge of this month's episode of The MUSAR Show, delivering a 90-minute flawless journey through raw Chicago house, hidden Italo gems, and chugging electro tracks. Connecting electronic music bridges at its best, enjoy! 

With more than 35 years behind the decks, Intergalactic Gary involved in The Hague music scene since day one, started in the early 90s by playing squat and club parties which later continued as a residency at The Hague's first-ever house club in 1992, playing regional pirate radio stations and travel around the world through the years and become a regular guest at some of the most respectable music festivals and clubs, such as Dekmantel Festival/Selectors, IFM Festival, Unsound, Tresor, De School to name a few.

In the studio he’s laid down mutant, disco-tinged electro as The Parallax Corporation and electro and ambient synth pop soundtracks as The Conservatives, both with I-F. He's also recently collaborated with Pasiphae on Bio Rhythm, and for Stroboscopes and Smokemachines, a new documentary about underground electronic music. He aims simply to make music he would want to hear on a night out and imbues his work with a sense of melancholy, but always paired with driving dance floor dynamics that mix up analogue and digital textures.

It's rare that David Siska  ( @david-siska ) doesn't play a set that is a tribute to his time deeply involved in Chicago's sweat-drenched loft parties and burgeoning techno club scene, and his devotion to the sounds of Detroit and its most diverse DJs. He co-hosts the Sonic Sunset radio show turned mixshow - continuing its long-standing tradition of taking in a wide swath of dance music and through a scarcely definable but undeniable common thread, making it mean something as a unified whole. Hey guys. Here's the 27th episode of the Stellar Series, this time I have the pleasure to welcome the talented DJ, producer and my dear friend Vicky Zissou. 
From Berlin, Vicky is now based in Stockholm, where she's known to be a part of the recognized Swedish techno scene. She began to DJ three years ago, and she is regularly playing at Stockholm best clubs. She shared the stage with essential artists of the deep techno movement, like Abdulla Rashim, Fjäder, Evigt Mörker, Ed Davenport, Dorisburg and many others. Her sets are characterized by a sharp selection of the deepest and tribal aspect of techno.
Today, she gratifies us of a stunning ambient selection, sometimes punctuated by slow rythmics that create an organic pulsation to the pad processing.

This is a stroll. A walk on earth.

Ambient can reach this kind of techno in his opinion. He played an all night long ambient set in the second room of KALT (a famously underground club in France) and he had to keep people on the dancefloor and this kind of ambient techno did the work. People were just flying in the dancefloor. Rhythmical ambient music can be moving people without losing it's power in the relaxation that ambient can give.
