Heya! Just wanted to share with you this track I have just produced. It is the start of a new chapter in my music/sound exploration. I have just started walking down this path and there is so much to learn. Yet, it is extremely fascinating and I am willing to keep learning and sharing. Everything is still fresh to me and I guess the only way to know the effects of these frequencies is to quieten the rational mind and just open up your self to the sounds and vibrations. No judgment, just feel😁🎶🌈

Sound and vibrations can impact us in so many ways✨. They are extremely powerful tools to restore harmony within the body. It's not a revolutionary statement. People have used them for millennia, understanding that everything in the Universe is ultimately vibrations. Modern science is just confirming and measuring what humans have known since the dawn of time. 

Every instrument, pad, drone and sound has been tuned to 444Hz as reference frequency. The frequency of 528Hz is being played as a drone frequency for the whole duration of this journey. Plus, four more frequencies (55Hz, 111Hz, 222Hz, 333Hz), known as the Angelic Frequencies, are being played along with 528Hz.

528Hz is associated to the Solar Plexus or Naval Centre. 
The note related to it is E, which is present in every drone or pad I used.
The mantra linked to this centre is "RAM", for which I've decided to record my own voice. 

528Hz helps with the followings: 

- repairs DNA which in turn increases energy
- makes your mind clearer
- activates creativity
- promotes peace, dance and celebratory thinking

Highly recommended using high quality headphones or speakers to be able to perceive the whole range of frequencies.

The Essential Mix is a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 currently broadcast between 0:00 - 2:00 AM UK time on Saturday morning. Originally broadcast on 30 October 1993, the Essential Mix features contemporary DJs and music producers of electronic dance music. The show has been presented since its inception by Pete Tong and features an uninterrupted two-hour mix from a different artist each week, overlaid with occasional continuity announcements delivered by Tong. With a broadcast run in excess of 25 years, the Essential Mix is one of the longest-running programmes in the current BBC Radio 1 schedule, and is one of very few Radio 1 shows which is not broadcast live.
