Synth Love 4!

This is the first single for my upcoming album 'Fragmente'. 'Berceuse Rework' is a peaceful reimagination of my track ‘Berceuse’ for string quartet and electronics. While staying true to the original melody, this rework shines a whole new light onto the quiet timbre of this gentle lullaby, featuring the wonderful 'mondëna quartet'.
 
The new album 'Fragmente' is my most ambitious release to date: 17 tracks, 51+ minutes of music. Recorded with lots of great musicians from Berlin and beyond. Stay tuned for many more releases in the coming months.

Friends,

we have after a longer break decided to call it quits. We will not record music as Museum of Bellas Artes anymore. For those wondering: we will continue to make music, but in new forms. Exactly what and when remains to be seen.

But we will not leave you empty-handed. That's not our style. So before saying farewell, we want to give you a small gift: the over a year late music video for ‘Twine’. We re-recorded the song for the video.

And a big thank you for all the kindness and genuine appreciation you have shown us throughout the years.

THE LAST CONCERT
February 28th 2014 Efterklang performed a unique concert together with Sønderjyllands Symfoniorkester (South Denmark Philharmonic), Sønderjysk Pigekor (South Denmark Girls Choir), Hans Ek (conductor) and a string of special guests.
The concert featured songs from the entire Efterklang discography as well as unreleased and so far unknown Efterklang songs. The arrangements for the orchestra were made by Allan Gravgaard Madsen, Daniel Bjarnason, Van Dyke Parks, Karsten Fundal, Hans Ek and Missy Mazzoli.

Efterklang called it The Last Concert, but they are indeed still here.
