The story behind this album is actually quite fun. Many years ago, I found a comedy site and the article that made me find it, was one about progressive rock, it was making fun of it, but not in a mean way, you could tell that the guy writing was a fan of the genre. The thing that I really liked about how the article described the genre was: freedom, the artistic freedom that doesn't care and knows no bounds. At that moment I thought it was hilarious and I showed it to my brother, we agreed that, one day, we will make the imaginary album, from the imaginary band that the article was making up in the spot, for comedic purposes, and its name was: Mushroom Sword - The Watchmaker's Complex  (We did take some liberties on the song names and length of the album)(also that's where the name of my second channel comes from)


The whole thing was recorded in about 5 days (thanks covid, I guess), we recorded the music together (my brother and I) and then I went on to spit out some lyrics and recorded the vocals.


The problem came later, in the mixing stage, because we recorded way too many tracks, and so, I had to work really hard to try and see what worked and what not, and to try and fit everything together, that did took me like 10 days, give it or take.


And so, here it is, in all of its chaotic and messy glory !

So, this is kind of a funny story:

A while back some of the 2hts guys decided to play some DnD online, but none of us had the experience to DM, so Dinokid said he had some experience with Dark Heresy, and we decided to give it a try, with him as our DM.

We had a ton of fun and managed to play a few sessions, finishing the first part of the campaign. and then we didnt made any more sessions cuz everyone got busy, speccially our DM.

In the midst of playing I had the idea of making a small album between the guys playing, just for fun. 

Inspired by the idea I did a song based on the first session, full on of little jokes and references to what happened. Unfortunately I never actually got arround to mixing the song.

As one of my new year resolutions im trying to finish some of the projects Ive never got arround to finish for some reason or the other, so here we go.

A song based on the first session we had playing Dark heresy !

(my character was named zel grumpius, which was quite the funny name -in the context-)
