Music is Art is a record label built on a long-standing appreciation for underground culture. 

Bound by a shared vision, we form a collective of electronic music aficionados with an extensive culture of such artistic commentary.  It is this sensibility that we want to cultivate further. The overarching concept stems not only from an deep-rooted appreciation of tonality, structure or atmosphere but also from its positive aftereffects - the overall vibe, a crowd’s variation of motion in immediate response to sound variation. 

The juxtaposition of music and art is somewhat clear and evident. We strongly believe that music is,in fact, an art form. One that has the ability, much like a work of art, to pause our existence and transcend our mood, grabbing control despite exterior factors. 

We are social creatures that thrive on emotion and for us an outing promises more than a classic itinerary - it follows experiences, uplifting social interactions and perspective-changing dialogue. The structural sonic theatre will built on carefully drawn line-ups and figuratively chosen visuals, as a continuous rendition of graphic moments extends the artistic performance. 

Music is Art is the brainchild of Little Hado, a name that’s been involved with the underground electronic music scene for the better part of a decade.

The aim of this project is to create a platform upon which DJs can freely experiment within unexplored areas of today’s effervescent techno scene. We place a lot of value in an artist’s ability to decipher and read the public, on one’s ability to grasp the public’s many different emotions, level them and then take them to different heights. That is what art does, on various levels, on various time-lengths and this is we want to achieve - a continuous spiritual link between the music and its listeners.
