Oh, shit: here we go again! Another description...

Also this time it was very difficult to put this song in a box, called "genre".
The original song, in 1996, was listed as "Techno".
I was inspired by that song, but it’s completely different.
Obviously it’s not "Techno", also because, as Eminem said in "Without Me", "Nobody listen to techno" and it was 2002...

So, we can call it an "Electronic Rap", with a  brilliant performance by a professional female rapper (that unfortunately prefers to remain anonymous).

There are powerful basslines, electronic synthesizers and aggressive drums. 
The melody is the same as the original song that I discovered through the movie Trainspotting, based on the book.

This movie,  has always inspired me, and it starts with the protagonist saying these words:

Choose life;
choose a job;
choose a career;
choose a family;
choose a fucking big television,
choose washing machines, cars, compact disk players and electrical tin openers;
Choose good health, low cholesterol and dental insurance;
choose fixed-interest mortgage repayments;
choose a starter home;
choose your friends;
Choose leisurewear and matching luggage;
Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics;
choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on Sunday morning;
choose sitting on the couch watching mind numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing junk food into your mouth;
choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in amiserable home nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked-up brats you spawned to replace yourself;
choose your future;
choose life.
But why would I want to do a thing like that?
I chose not to choose life:
I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons.
Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

Apart from the last sentence on heroin, it’s still current today.

Why humans are still looking for futile and useless things to chase the "everyone does this" is still not clear to me.

I’m a weird kind of person...I cross the street trampling only the white lines, everything must be perfectly symmetrical or in ascending order. In short a strange person; what could a guy like me be if not an artist?

I always wanna be a skater with those fabulous freestyle trick videos but, unfortunately, I'm really denied... I still love their outfits, nice and comfortable, practical...like me! I'm not too worried about trends, I don't follow them.

I communicate through my music without a specific genre. By the way what’s a genre in the 21st century? Come on... I chose my name "Bluelagoon" thinking about a paradise that I have in my mind, a fairer, cleaner, more meritocratic world. My music wanna be something relaxing, but at the same time danceable...like a sunset in a tropical Blue lagoon. The goal of my lyrics is to make people think and stir people’s consciences about real-world issues, sarcastically and a bit angry.
