Slowing down and taking my time has been a challenging thing for me.  

I have been known to do multiple things at the same time expecting the results to occur in the blink of an eye, but this has always caused me distress.  I started slowing down more after I was hit in a car accident.  

This experience caused me to be on bed rest for months.  But even though my body was slowing down to heal, my mind was racing.  I would find myself looking and searching for ways to expedite my healing process, only to cause that time to extend because I wasn't allowing myself to rest.  

And then the light went off.  

I realized the only way for me to truly get healed was for me to surrender to the process and learn to find the light in the middle of the tunnel, instead of looking for the end to occur sooner.  This idea was very instrumental in the creation of Don't Rush It.  Rushing doesn't give clarity, but being intentional about:

your growth, 

your healing, 

and your manifestations 

will help you elevate to a new level.

It tells the story that God is here to do the lifting if you let Him.  It has a chill vibe and flavor that will motivate and inspire you.

"Be Who You Are" is very significant in the times we live in.  Looking and acting like the "societal norms" has made a huge, negative mark on the beautiful people of the world. Being different is such a beautiful thing, but I believe it takes artist like me and others to shine light on this topic so that other creatives who fall victim to the status quo, can stand up and shine bright
