Change is the only constant in life. As we live out each day, the world around us is constantly morphing and evolving in a great cyclic dance of life, death and rebirth. We can see this state of constant change ever increasing in the world around us, and must remember that the only way to find peace in the chaos is to embrace the changes that come our way with an open heart. In this explosive push and pull of opposing forces, there is a great cosmic balance, for without darkness there can be no light, without sadness there can be no joy, and so on. In understanding this, we are reminded to be grateful for all things, for within it all we experience the beautiful and temporary gift of life.
