This song is about bad relationships that unfortunately almost everyone goes through at some point in their life. It's about how you choose to let those relationships effect you and change you as a person. They can either make you a stronger, better person, or you can let them break you down and turn you into something you don't want to be.

This songs for all the people who think their better than you and love to be the bully/bad ass. I am 100% against bullying and encourage people to be stronger than the person threatening you. Solve it in the most civilized way possible, but when everything else fails, dont be afraid to get a little dirty. I see no fault when you give a person what they rightfully deserve when they treat you like that. Karmas a bitch!

"Holding On" is about doing just that. In the ups and downs of a relationship, you need to give it your all. Its also about the fact that some of the easiest people you can hurt, are the ones you love the most, and how it can put you and the other person through an emotional roller coaster.

Ever since the age of ten, I've had a guitar in my hands, and haven't put it down yet! Music has always been a constant in my life, it can move you, change or compliment an attitude or state of mind, inspire, heal, and take you away from reality when the play button is pushed! My music was my escape, my guitars were my tools used to get me there! If I wasn't covering my favorite songs from the multiple bands who inspire me, I was toying with my own creations. This was my love, my passion! Then one day, a little over a year ago, I decided to try my hand at recording! With support from family and friends, what started as something to do when I was bored, quickly turned into something I wanted to push as far as I could take it. To write/record music with meaning, share it with everyone willing to listen, to put my deepest thought, feelings, and experiences into! To write music that everyone from the ten year old boy with a guitar in his hands to your grandma could relate to.

So this is my journey. Im not after the fame and fortunes most aspiring "artists" are after. I want to write music, record it, put it out there to be heard, and have it creep its way into peoples playlists. Have it speak to them in every way possible they allow it to, and be shared. Simply, I want it to be heard!

Over the past year or so since I started recording, I have had the privilege of airplay on a couple of local and internet radio stations, a steady and growing group of supporters and fans, and am always looking for new oppertunities to share my music with the world! However, being from a small town of 3,200 people in the middle of nowhere, and being a one man band, I am limited to how I can share my music at the time, relying heavily on the internet and self promotion. Fellow musicians are hard to come by where I live, and make it hard to do any live performances, but I'm hopefull that will change.
