What a trip. I received some rather depressing news concerning my health from my doctor last year. I then composed a track called My Last Days on Earth. But i never posted it on SoundCloud, nor was it as good as this track!

2 questions come to mind and if you don't mind I'll ask the 2nd one first. So 2. Why no vocals? And 1. Why didn't you push it passed the 10 min marker? It all ended too soon.

this track is crying out for vocals.... it would totally someone talented like Bowie or Thomas Dolby or who knows...? but ohh goodness these are our last days on 🌎 anyway... got to leave something behind

This track is inspired by an old piece from 1982, which we played in my third Band. At that time we were enthusiastic and wanted to make music as a living. But we all ended up somewhere else, only our singer made it, as he joined Pink Cream 69 and later Helloween, where they are playing the big festivals till today :-)
I myself had stopped playing at all, focused on my profession and touched only the acoustic guitar from time to time. My Marshall JCM 800 and my Fender were becoming more and more living room Accessoires and were nicely looking hanging untouched at the wall. In 2015 my son woke up music in me again, when he came to me playing a song he had created with GarageBand on an iPad. Then the guitar flame started to burn again and finally the result you can listen here. I hope you enjoy it.

Another bizarro trot around the paddock with the inimitable The Phaige and Dairv W, my astral Neighbours. Gary sent over his backing before Santa loaded up the sleigh and D and I worked independently at first then bounced some ideas around. Gary meanwhile worked his magic with layer upon layer of synth and some really cool bass. D soars and flies magnificently. 
A real pleasure to work with these gents..great talent and always high quality. Modern, proggy music that I hope you enjoy

MUSICIANS THAT HAVE A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE TO THE REST, TEND TO MAKE MUSIC THAT IS DIFFERENT TO THE REST!
It is common practice for musicians to click the like button on #Soundcloud without ever listening to the tune! There is no proof it was listened to, so it's impossible to know who genuinely likes a track! Only actual #feedback proves it's been heard!

I use to follow musicians back that clicked the like button, but it becomes very obvious that only 10% actually listen, when you receive five times as many likes as listens. This has made me extremely wary about being the first to leave feedback, and that kind of wariness spreads like wildfire!

Because of this, I only follow musicians back that leave feedback, or share one of my posts; and I will only leave feedback once if the favor isn't returned. it is better to keep searching for musicians who have enough #class and #humility to return the #respect!

#Musicians that have those qualities clearly have depth, creating tunes for the love of it, rather than simple to fuel their own ego, and fatten their bank accounts!
