he first big step was taken at the end of last year when the German duo revamped their own Tragedie label with the reflective but definitely techno-driving EP ‘Fast Fashion’. A new and major climacteric has not been long in coming. “Die Tragödie”, this is the title of the stunning forthcoming mini-album that Teenage Mutants (Christian and Fabio) will publish this 2024. Being more specific, the launch consists of four releases within a time frame of one and a half months.

Here is Adrián Peña Sánchez aka Calystarr’s fresh release on Emerald & Doreen called „Garden of Eden“ featuring smashing remixes by MAN2.0, Neurotiker and Pumuki. Calystarr is a DJ, producer and electronic researcher from Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). His style could be compared like night and day, on the one hand, dynamism and depth and on the other, elegance and freshness, his sounds are full of psychedelic atmospheres, full of harmony using nuances and resources, in most cases, of a retrospective nature. Calystarr usually works under many musical influences, betting mostly on retro and underground indie sounds. In his sets and productions it is common to hear Nudisco, Italo, Indie Dance, Acid and Dark Disco.

The Robot Scientists are Markus Schneider and Stefan Maurer, two music connoisseurs, DJs and vinyl collectors from Saarbrücken, Germany. They are two of three behind Emerald & Doreen Records which they founded in 2011, with releases on the edges of Italo Disco, Dark Disco and Indie Dance. 

They also run the premiere and DJ podcast series Something Spæcial since 2013 which is one of the leading indie dance channels on Soundcloud. As DJs, they spin a highly energetic dark & brightly bouncing „all killer, no filler“ mixture of melodic, futuristic and psychedelic Indie Dance, Playa Tech and Space Disco.
