Nyx was created on February 16, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois. Originating members Robert Navarro and Mikey Elizondo started a band named Fall in January of 2012 but found themselves without a front-man or bassist. Despite these setbacks they worked on a few originals. In late May, they got word from Miguel Reyes saying he was interested in forming a band. He knew of a bassist in search of a band, Jeffery Paslawski. So they now had a bassist along with a front-man. With this, ended Fall and began THE HUB!


We began working on writing original songs, and played a bunch of shows all over the Chicago-land area. We began to get an amazing fan-base. Then we decided we wanted to take our music a little more serious. With this came a new band name… Nyx!


We are now getting ready to record the band’s first EP… with the help of some amazing friends, of course! So stick around and get ready for all the exciting things we have planned Nyx’s future.
