Covered by me and a friend from one of my bands - The Tommy Pickles' Band.

The Tommy Pickles' Band is a straightout modern rock, in-active band. Formed in 2007 with Irum Proteek, Abrar Faiyaz, Shehzad Arifeen and myself, this band hails from the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh and has done little progress in terms of music, to be really honest. However, me and Shehzad used to get around and cover a few songs and record them for fun. This is one of them. This was done 2 years ago with shitty recording tools as usual. And excuse the flat vocal notes at times. We are aware that this is a classic, and any wrong notes may be looked at as "butchering", but we still went for it anyway as we are huge fans of The Beatles.

So I don't have any of my musical gears with me and I have slowly diverted away from music...but I do miss doing covers and playing in general. 

I have a massive folder of old covers. Old, unpolished, raw covers - and I thought it's better to be just out there than being perfect. After all, what's the point?

Never thought I would be covering a Bieber song but hey there's a first for everything...I guess. Leaving all the prejudices aside, this was quite a good song (maybe because Ed Sheeran helped write it?), and a great tune to cover!

This is quite special because AyJ is an upcoming (and extremely talented) rapper from Sydney and this was his first time singing, instead of rapping. I thought he was just too good, but I will let you be the judge.

So, after a long long time I made a cover. The gap exists only because I am a lazy bastard. 

And even though I was planning to make a cover of this song for a while now, ended up doing it out of the blue tonight cooking it up in 2 hours. Sang at 3 AM now so vocals arent at the top (that is my usual excuse for singing poorly). Planning to do a better cover in the future...or not.

SIX YEARS OLD! This is a live cover done with my first musical act ever...I present you The Tommy Pickles' Band. Formed in 2007...and lasted only for a few months in various jamming pads in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Did many covers and attempted many more out of which only this one somehow survived and is somewhat...presentable.
