Composed by Adrian Lee for the original Young Vic production of Grimm Tales by Carol Ann Duffy, this recording features Adrian Lee (mandola), Sylvia Hallet (voice and violin), Dawson Benhassine-Miller (percussion).
This song relates to an episode in the Hansel and Gretel story, where the children, escaping from the witch's house in the forest, encounter a river which they must cross with the aid of a friendly duck.
