This chant occurred as a guest spot at a  'House Of Bliss'  KIrtan evening  with  Jo Kelly in Mullumbimby, NSW, Australia.
This is a regular event and it was an incredibly energetic and powerful moment.
This chant s a blend of a traditional kirtan with an original modern kirtan written by me . 
This was Inspired by the energy and kindness I experienced with the Divine Hugging Amma -  Mātā Amritānandamayī Devī .
i hope it uplifts you as she uplifted me .

Ganesha Sharanam is an invocation to  Ganesh, Remover of Obstacles,  for a  clear( spiritual) passage  and refuge ( sharanam). Traditionally this is the first Chant of the evening clearing the way for other energies . These chants are sung i call and response format and create a musical meditation for those participating. 
The lyrics are the traditional Sanskrit prayer. Music created by Michal and performed by  Tarshito (lead guitar) Paul  Kimmel(flute) Sashini  (Harmonium) Dinesh Arnaud ( percussion) Michal  (Gtr and lead voice).
