This song is the last part of my trilogy.
The Mycenaean princess Electra, humiliated and tormented by her family, obsessively pursues only one goal in life: day after day, she conjures up the memory of her father, who was once treacherously murdered by her mother Clytemnestra together with her lover Aegisth, and waits for the return of her brother Orest, who is to take revenge for the bloody deed. Like must be repaid with like. Vacillating between hatred, hysteria, weakness, arrogance, abysmal sadness, obsession and sarcasm, Elektra has lost all connection to the people around her, is neglected and has denied her femininity.

Obsessiv verfolgt die von ihrer Familie gedemütigte und gepeinigte mykenische Königstochter Elektra nur ein einziges Lebensziel: Sie beschwört Tag für Tag die Erinnerung an ihren Vater herauf, der einst von ihrer Mutter Klytämnestra gemeinsam mit deren Liebhaber Aegisth heimtückisch ermordet wurde und wartet auf die Rückkehr ihres Bruders Orest, der Vergeltung für die Bluttat üben soll. Gleiches muss mit Gleichem vergolten werden. Schwankend zwischen Hass, Hysterie, Schwäche, Überheblichkeit, abgrundtiefer Traurigkeit, Besessenheit und Sarkasmus hat Elektra jeden Bezug zu den Menschen um sich herum verloren, ist verwahrlost und hat ihre Weiblichkeit verneint.

Saving the Major

This is a cover song that was written by Andy Partridge of XTC fame in the 80's & 90's. I love XTC and think Andy is an amazing songwriter. During the Pandemic in 2020-2021 my wife and I decided to record it just to make us feel a little better in that black period. It's a fun song with basically the same repeating chords through out and a nice riff. We all need to be Stupidly Happy sometimes or else what's the point? I added some original lyrics to it like the parts about "Corona" and a few other little bits here and there. The song during the credits is an original song called "Disappear" and sung by Bella, she's singing it a cappella, what a fantastic voice she has, if you want to listen to the full song with my music, scroll down and find it, it's somewhere in my catalog.
