Nick Curly brings his latest Truesoul release to the table – a pumping, rolling two track EP. The EP holds heavy drums, deep synths and many tinkering high hats. The effortless groove in the tracks captures a real feel for what Nick is capable of. Each beat is chunky, groovy and works in a harmonious juxtaposition with the melodies Nick creates. ‘Helter Skelter’ is a real belter!

Leftwing & Kody debut on Adam Beyer’s Truesoul imprint with a thunderous four tracker. Rumbling low-end and dusky atmospherics make up the basis of ‘Telepathy’ as otherworldly pads and suspense filled breakdowns ebb in and out of the cut. Crunchy percussion, chopped samples and energetic rave stabs then forge ‘Acid 16’ before a gyrating bassline and echoing synths generate the low-slung ‘Labyrinth’. Concluding the package, ‘Inception’ combines eerie melodies with stuttering kicks for mesmerising results.

Truesoul regular Reset Robot has returned and yet again hasn’t disappointed with his incredible new EP. Three tracks meander between the hard drums and floating synths of ‘A Thousand Billion Photons’, to the more out and out techno sounds that can be heard within the song structures of ‘Bust’, before finally landing on ‘Wee Bridge’ where the musical scope shifts to a more afterhours feel using detuned horns and a rolling bass line.

The Soulful Techno king Gabriel Ananda makes his Truesoul debut with a re-master of his 2006 classic ‘Doppelwhipper’. The package also comes with two brand new remixes from Drumcode favourite Marco Faraone and the hotly tipped Layton Giordani. 

The EP opens with Marco Faraone’s remix, which samples Kings of Tomorrow’s ‘KOT Anthem (Soul Vision Remix)’. This takes ‘Doppelwhipper’ to dizzy new heights, keeping the obscure roots of the track and adding a rolling bass line that will bring any dancefloor to sheer hysteria. Next up is a re-master of Ananda’s seminal ‘Doppelwhipper’, a track which has well and truly stood the test of time. A connoisseur of the uncommon, his curious sounds float through almost 10 minutes of pure hedonism. Closing out the package is Layton Giordani’s interpretation of the track that is set to be a firm club favourite. Pounding through the gears, this one will do some real damage.

A regular on the Spanish club circuit, Pablo Say began playing live around Valencia at the young age of 16. More recently branching out to Ibiza, he has played at legendary venues as Privilege and Sankeys where he’s shared the stage with major powers such as Tiga, Umek and Elio Riso. With popularity in his productions growing, his tracks are regularly heard in the sets of Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati and Nicole Moudaber to name a few.

The Spanish native follows up his excellent ‘Moti On’ EP with ‘Green Melody’, a punchy 2 track release comprising of on-point production and rolling basslines. Starting with the title track ‘Green Melody’, the haunting syth stabs compliment the flowing percussion perfectly. ‘Reencuentro’ is a sprightlier affair, showcasing his skill as a producer and that he is not afraid to push the boundaries.

With her trademark shock of untamed dark hair, the Nigeria-born artist can be spotted in a DJ booth by profile alone, rocking crowds before she even drops a record. In-demand all over the world, Moudaber has played everything from intimate after-hours clubs; to revered nightclub institutions like Space, DC-10, Output and Stereo; to massive festival stages, including Glastonbury, Electric Daisy Carnival and Coachella. She’s also been featured by the New York Times, CNN and Billboard.

Nicole follows up her 2015 release on Truesoul with ‘Your Love Picks Me Up’, a 2 track EP featuring a remix from in-form producer Marco Faraone. Kicking off with Nicole’s original, the vocal hook teases itself in and is guaranteed to get stuck in your head. Expect to this one sung back at you on any dance floor. Marco Faraone is one of techno’s fastest rising stars as his remix is a prime example of why, putting his sinister twist on the track with pounding drums and sharp piano stabs. Jam El Mar cut his teeth as one half of esteemed duo Jam & Spoon, with the pair achieving international recognition and receiving gold and platinum awards around the world for their releases. Now a solo artist, he’s been making some serious in-roads in the studio of late and this release is a prime example of what’s in store.

He debuts on Truesoul with ‘Touched By Fire EP’, which opens with ‘Stab’, a haunting track crammed full of piercing drums, whirling vocals and sharp synth stabs. This one has 7am written all over it. ‘Freak Out’, a simple yet dynamic track that creates a consistent journey based around the savvy vocal. Excellently produced and cleverly arranged, Jam’s vast experience as a producer shines through clearly.

Mark Reeve is a name synonymous within techno, having released on labels such as Drumcode, Cocoon and Bedrock in recent years. These releases have served as a platform for him to tour the world as a DJ, playing esteemed festivals like Awakenings, Tomorrowland and B My Lake. 

2017 see’s him return to Truesoul with ‘New Path EP’, comprising of two blistering tracks in ‘New Path’ and ‘Acceso’. Both tracks are teeming with dark sounds and heavy textures and are typical of Reeve. The title track ’New Path’ is a homage to his groove laden past, calling on big bass lines and sweeping percussion that takes you on a ride through the track. ‘Acceso’ is more of a rolling affair with a thumping beat and some divine synth work. These are certified floor fillers and given the Adam Beyer stamp of approval.
