Luke and I go way way back. He’s been a huge part of the Workforce journey - helping me navigate both the creative and business side of building a new project from the ground up. His passion for ideas and sonic richness is actually very infectious; he just gets on with it and makes things work.

I’m so proud to have him on board to remix ‘Forever’. As ever, he’s turned in an exceptional remix, which is out now.

Aidan has shown himself, in his first few years releasing music, to have a fresh, dynamic, and ideas-first approach to making drum and bass music. It’s been refreshing to work with someone who has such passion for bringing ideas to life - deftly navigating and avoiding the technical pitfalls of which he could fall foul.

I, of course, wanted to offer him the chance to remix something from the album; knowing that he would deliver something special. And that, he has.

‘Resurfacing’ was the result of a brutal cut and chop of an old instrumental to accommodate @shady_novelle ‘s incredible vocal performance. It was born of the same hip-hop ethos which Aidan practices, and so it seems fitting that he turns in such a rugged and not overthought remix, which has been doing damage since its first spin at The Volks back in December 2022.
