Their sound continues to evolve and mutate, exploring the use of organic instruments, otherworldly samples and synth heavy themes. Delving into more sonically dense ideas, Good Block distil their wide-ranging musical taste down to its essence in the form of the 'Aquaculture EP'. Limited to 300 copies, with full cover artwork by the duo, and pressed on clear vinyl.

To make the track even more dancefloor oriented and versatile, we get a fantastic remix by Melchior Sultana (who needs no introduction) who re-explores the track with a typical deep-house production, together with aetheral pads and an unbelievable guitar solo. To close the EP we then find the amazing Josephine Soda Re-Touch. A real tribute to the 80's super-classic by Chris Rea, re-jammed in full Club Soda touch with a sexy bassline, 707 rhythms and finally the dx7 and vocoder that bring the track into new retro - futuristic music boundaries.---

After the success of the first, there always had to be a second Buena Onda compilation. Before that arrives later this year comes a second delicious sampler featuring a remix from Calm, some 303 Balearic action from Iceland, Italian house newcomer Relative and a fresh Gallo rework. 
Buena Onda is of course the cult Berlin-based party that constantly redefines Balearic music. It is run by Hell Yeah label boss Marco with resident DJ and co-founder Gallo and is a party that is both eclectic and euphoric, whether serving up slow acid or dreamy downtempo. 
This sampler opens up with Buena Onda favourite Calm and his epic Mellow Mellow Acid remix of Gallo's 'Abysso,' which is long-legged, fulsome and laced with life-affirming piano chords. Then comes Icelandic artist Tonarunur who used to record as B.G. Baarregaard and has landed on the likes of Eskimo Recordings and Citizens of Vice. He layers deep acid lines into a smooth house groove that is sprinkled with cosmic dust. Italian house newcomer Relative then brings tumbling percussion, smeared chords and plenty of drama Italo vibes to his tune 'The Healing Place' and Gallo's Tropical Hinterhof Remix of Kayroy's 'Imagine' is five minutes of post-rave comedown bliss with gorgeous ambient design and celestial chord work that soothes the soul. 
This is another perfect snapshot of the mature musical thrills you get at Buena Onda.

Italian production duo, Mushrooms Project, make their debut on Jansen Jardin with the wonderful, ‘Galattica’. Releases for labels like Under The Shade and Is It Balearic? and remixes for the likes of Tirk, Lipservice and Nang have introduced their blissed-out, Mediterranean sound to fans around the world.

Galattica is 11 minutes and 45 seconds of high plains drifting, dream disco for late night drives and sunset sessions. A lush combination of Euro disco arpeggios and West Coast guitars spill out across a landscape of live percussion, bass and dub acrobatics. This is the soundtrack to a Spaghetti Western set in Ibiza. A Fistful of Cervezas.

The remix comes courtesy of the mighty Chicago Damn who has been responsible for some extraordinary music from his debut on Mark E’s Merc label to releases on Claremont 56 and his own eponymous imprint. Here he re-imagines the original track in the image of Model 500, stripping away the music to a raw machine groove. Dark, atmospheric and undeniably aimed at the floor.
