Mutant Radio is happy to present the first installment of 'Cold Expressions', hosted by Dundee-based DJ and label head, Stalker. The show features a guest mix by Rotterdam mainstay and Pinkman label manager, Genyten, alongside an hour by himself to Kick things off.

Cold Expressions will explore the realms of oddball, tripped-out Downtempo electronics. Across each episode Stalker will play host to some of his favourite DJ's, label heads and producers from the UK + Europe.

Stalker invites Barking for this month's episode of his Cold Expressions show, whilst contributing a mix of his own for the first hour.
Gareth Psaltis AKA Barking is an Australian producer and DJ based in Berlin. He creates Electronic music that motions through disfigured techno, moody Electro and dub-influenced experimentations.
Gareth’s records have appeared on labels such as Brokntoys, Openthenext and Deep Seeded. He currently holds a residency on Bristol-based Noods Radio.

Cold Expressions Stalker invites Barking [09.11.2022]

Stalker is back on Mutant radio today for episode 3 of Cold Expressions. His guest this time is Hamburg-based BOBBIE*. As usual he'll be kicking things off in the first hour. BOBBIE* is a Resident DJ at PAL, Hamburg and a regular host of her event series ACID TEARS at Hamburg´s beloved Pudel Club.

Stalker invites Pigeon Steve. For this episode of Cold Expressions Stalker invites Pigeon Steve, whilst holding down the first hour himself.

Pigeon Steve is a Resident of long running Glasgow party, Partial, and has recently started Doocut, a new residency at Nice n Sleazy's.

DJ'ing aside, Pigeon Steve runs the Scottish archival record label, Seated Records, who's second release is due out February 23rd.

The mix is a dubbed-out trippy affair, starting slow and building it’s way up to incorperate some wave and new beat styles.

@ldyosc is a musician and computer/electronics engineer, who was born in Mexico and grew up on the border in Laredo, Texas. Her vinyl discography began in 2018 with an EP on The Bunker New York. In 2019, an LP on Swedish label Kontra-Musik. The following EP in 2021 was on SF label Squirrels on Film. In 2022, her track “Suave Duro” was released on a VA on Prague’s LTE Records. Over the years she has also released music digitally and on tape. LDY OSC uses synthesis, rhythm & voice to conjure layered compositions that draw from techno, electro, & underground synth-wave.
