Hamburg’s Enbeezee returns this April with a twelve-track various artist collection curated by Han Duo and Fluctuosa.
‘’After the rerelease of JGB’s Gyra EP and previous vinyl and digital releases, Enbeezee releases its first VA Compilation. Co-curated by Han Duo from Berlin/ Hamburg and Fluctuosa from Istanbul. This package is a wild combination of tracks from artists between Berlin, Istanbul, Brooklyn, Karlsruhe and Rio de Janeiro. The idea started in the half year, Vincent aka. Han Duo spent in Istanbul, where he met Dogukhan aka. Fluctuosa, who introduced him to the underground scene of the city. As Covid hit right after the stay in Istanbul, the Comp aims to share profits between all artists equally to support one another in the pandemic. Putting together such an international and decentralized curation tries to give a sense of international solidarity for artists in the underground music scene. The label share is also waved for this.’’
Across the twelve tracks the project shines light on a variety of styles and genres under the electronic music umbrella, such as glitched out IDM on cuts like JGB’s ‘Café Arabica’, Capgraz’ ‘Proxima 55’ and Fluctuosa’s ‘Usingtons’.
There’s also some more cinematic electronica sounds such as DJ Death’s ‘You Should Chill’ and Kuprion’s tripped out ‘Enter Taste’. Also on offer are some more straight 4/4 cuts like HV’s ethereal ‘Postoned’, Han Duo’s break-led ‘Honaki’ and Max In The World’s acid-tinged workout ‘Grounded On Earth’.

This Friday, first of October, Lucerne’s Klub Kegelbahn will premieres its first sampler on bandcamp and we are super happy to share this mix from Flo Dalton, which contains some of those, yet, unreleased tracks you’ll find there.   So sharing this mix feels really special! 

During lockdown-boredom our friends at Kegelbahn decided to do a compilation with artist who all had been playing at this wonderful basement and they all gave their tracks for free to help to alleviate the damage caused by corona.

Flo Dalton, one of those unique guys who's never considered for mass production, is resident, booker and jack of all trades at Kegelbahn and you can find an interview with him and more about Kegelbahn on groove.de.

How does the presence or absence of light regulates our internal biological processes and moods?
Circadian rhythms are endogenous time-keeping systems that synchronize most organisms, from unicellular cyanobacterium to humans, to the external solar cycle. Since light information is the most potent synchronizing factor, biological clocks coordinate the individual’s internal physiological and biochemical processes according to light and dark cycles.

The show is divided into two sets of 1 hour and the musical selection of each DJ reflects those moments: day or night. In this episode Diamin (CL) is in charge of the first part of the program, and GHKC (AR) of the second.
