Our musical dervish found spices of Hindustan, jewels of the Middle East, gifts of Central Asia, artifacts of the Mediterranean and North Africa to delight your ears. And these are just a small part of his findings

The reality around you suddenly turns into a beach bar called «Carousel». It smells of cypress, charcoal fish and cheap cigarettes. The lights are dancing on the sea surface. The dance floor is sticky because of all the alcohol spilled overnight. There are only you and a hugging drunk couple dancing there (he is a chubby man in a light coloured loose-fitting suit, he’s hardly pronouncing «I’m technically married, but …»; she is a petite brunette in a provocative short red dress). Somewhere on the embankment howls the siren of a police car. Moustached bartender puts your (well, whose else?) misted glass of beer with a swaying head of foam on the counter. He unequivocally bites his lower lip and for some reason you smiles broadly. It’s clearly that tonight you are going to his place. Everything is rapidly slipping away, dissolving in the darkness of the southern night. Experimental and immersive, their show "Nobody Is Perfect" is the promise of a two hours journey into outer-space. Each month, the two heads of Hard Fist records will share their favorite new discoveries, some old fashioned rarities but also their musical guilty pleasure, and of course ... a lot of unreleased material! Be ready for their alchemical concoction of percussion, acid and global sounds from Middle-Eastern, African, Asian, and European countries, influenced by italo, trance, disco, new wave, tribal and psychedelic rock music. Here, we always think outside the box.
For this first episode, Tushen Raï invites Yucca Mü, a Kyiv based Ukrainian Dj and producer who is going to release a first edit on the Hard Fist's RePhrase collection before the end of the year.
