Recién aterrizados del enorme Ombra Festival y con el segundo aniversario Syntax Electronix a la vuelta de la esquina, no hemos encontrado nada mas apropiado que dedicarle esta edición a uno de los protagonistas de Ombra y cabeza de cartel para el próximo 18 de diciembre en SYNTAX 2º aniv
Hablamos de casi una leyenda viva en las cabinas de la península, son ya 33 años en activo, coleccionista de grandes plásticos futuristas y atemporales, exclusiva selección y depurada técnica para mezclar composiciones tan diversas y a veces tan complejas de enlazar.

Será una selección hecha por él mismo, sin mezclar, a modo de selección, durante la cual hablaremos de su historia como DJ y promotor.

Bulgarian dark mastermind MANASYt(Petar Tassev) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He’s responsible for a vast array of menacing titles on labels such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6 and Musar. An artist that couldn’t care less about trends nor hypes, and whose main driving force is that authentic passion for the genre. Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth. Currently based in Xiamen, China.

Subterranean Social Club w/ Granite Mask

Captivated by the North Sea, its dune landscape and surrounding dark forests, Dim Garden's musical endeavors expand into swampy synthesis, gothic electronic experimentation, and field recordings. Methods of music production and DJing include using the decks as a method of sound collage, blending warm and cold waves. Together with RJM Vanderheyden, Dim Garden co-runs the DIY independent label Hunger!. The pair also perform and record as the industrial and power electronics duo Baglover.

Cold minimal wave hailing from the 80's German, Belgian and French DIY underground (Der Plan, Neuntage, X-Ray Pop, Absolute Body Control) and more recent wave (EYE, Shaknis & Egzotikka, Dame Area) feature prominently on this mix for Sonidos Subterraneos, including recent releases (Dissemblance, Perchten Scyla, Araf) and unreleased material (norhernorthere, Dim Garden), oscillating between gothic ballads, dance floor tunes and dark ambient musings.

Biography:
Darko Kolar is a founder of Jezgro music label, launched in 2016, whose first release was done by MRTVI aka Huren with an additional remix by Violet Poison. The second release came out in 2017, created by the master of noise music - Merzbow. The story continues in 2018 with two releases by Submechanicam (Ex Cloaks / 3by3) including remixes by Shadows aka AnD, Huren, Profligate and Death Qualia. The forthcoming releases on Jezgro label are the 12" vinyl release by Franck Vigroux (JEZGRO005) and a CD album release by Diagnostic (JCDAL001). Aesthetical core of the label are genres such as harsh noise, industrial techno, drone, off beat techno, rhythmic noise, ambient and similar styles.
