SONS OF TRADERS IS BACK WITH STELLAR LINE UP! Sons of Traders 002 is a Compilation 8 Tracks Ep of loosely knit artists that surround the duo Sons of Traders (Mike Tansella Jr. and TANS). Leading the EP, the title track “Rotten to the Core” is a slow stomper with a forceful vocal sample and some various squelches. LA’s Kosmik picks up the tempo with “Murmurs” which features a hypnotic synth loop over a 4/4 beat. On “Chomping at the Bit” C.L.A.W.S. and Tyrell trade off between claps, hi hats and short delays underneath a sinister synth tone. To close the A side of the record is Future Blondes out of Texas with “2020 ultra visions”, a cut that can only be described as a sinister barrage of slamming drums and tones. The B side launches with “The Other Side of Town” by The White Lines, a dark electro workout with vocal samples, dark synths and growling bassline. Frigio label boss Juan Pablo brings us an intricate drum pattern with layers of synths on “Night Drive in Beijing”. “Self Feral” by Chris Mitchell is something with a hip hop swing, heavy drums, various feedback and vocals. Closing the EP is Dragee, a new artist from Haifa ,Israel. “Them” features a hard snare that holds together the demented vocals, claps and bassline that develop throughout the track.

We are supremely excited to welcome Le Chocolat Noir, an artist who doesn't need an introduction.  His recognizable blend of electro, EBM, wave, and the most noir synths imaginable is showcased on top labels such as She Lost Kontrol, Panzerkreuz, Mechatronica, Bordello a Parigi, Charlois, with one of the latest releases on Diffuse Reality. He is a member of Zagreb's bRave collective, resident DJ of Ljubljana's Elektroliza and hosts a recurring show on Intergalactic FM. This electro-fueled session takes no prisoners and includes cuts by Sam De La Rosa, TV Out,  Schwefelgelb, Cabaret Voltaire and many more. Lock in!

Mike Tansella Jr. is an Italian born DJ based in Berlin. Since his arrival in the dance music hot spot back in 2013, he's waded deeply into the city's immersive underground scene appearing at venues such as Anita Berber, Paloma, Schwuz and Kit-Kat Club among others. He's made appearances stateside at events such as Los Angeles' The Black Lodge. Tansella has appeared on numerous radio shows across the world including his most recent takeovers at Mutant Radio out of Tbilsi, Georgia. Tansella's productions include Experiment Zero (w/ DJ Plant Texture) and Sons of Traders. Sons of Traders is a familial collaboration with his cousin, Tans. Sons of Traders have already seen releases on Clan Destine, The Black Lodge L.A. , Vastechoses and Gravitational Waves.  Their most recent EP, "Deep In The Flowers," includes remixes by hard hitters like Jason Loveland and Chris Mitchell. Can't wait to hear what's next!
