The brief was simple - "tap into your creative side to produce an EP that showcases all soulful sides of Wipe the Needle". The result speaks for itself. Lee Gomez has drawn for some of his finest work, moving us through neo-soul, hip-hop, to broken beat and topping off nicely with some of his unique house flows. This one’s gonna stay with us for a while.

DJ Absurd is a Bass Music producer, DJ and Radio host from Paris, France. Considered by his peers as one of the forefront pioneers in France for Bass music, Absurd has maintained his position through the years by keeping a constant hard-working flow in the studio, on stage and on his weekly show on Rinse Fr.
Both as a producer and as a DJ, he is well known for being able to provide meticulous & technical performances in every genre ranging from 60 & 70s Jamaican music & Soul to the most upfront and forward-thinking Bass music.
