Brazil seems to be a promising country when it comes to young and fresh new producer talents. FABRICIO PECANHA is one of those uprising artists from that country who proofed his amazing skills quite a few times already with successful releases on Erase Records, 303Lovers or our partner label Indiana Tones to name out a few. Fabricio offers a brand new 3 track EP containing the hottest in tech-house you can find out there these days. I'M CONFUSED is the title track: A non-confusing but sure dance floor smasher that will get every crowd right away with it's driving beats and thriving and teasing build-ups. BUZZ is a classic tech-house gem convincing with native percussion elements and crispy hi-hat and shaker patterns, all perfectly drawn in an energetic arrangement. Third track INTO THE WILD marks another strong statement with perfectly matching synth stab textures and down-pitched vocal chops. The South African phenomenon Black Coffee has become well known in recent years due to his impeccable blend of house, infused with African culture and vibes. In 2012, ‘Buya’ was released featuring the stunning vocalist Yoshi.  The track went platinum in Africa in 2 months, bringing Black Coffee into the international spotlight. Now, Get Physical has taken the reigns and handed the track over to Loco Dice, M.A.N.D.Y. and Da Cappo for their remix wizardry.  

Loco Dice who has African roots spends his proceeds of the EP for the development of the new website, and the donation campaign for the Kliptown Youth Centre in Soweto, South Africa, a non-profit project that provides hope through tutoring, athletic, music and arts programs.  The returns will go to helping the heroes of the Kliptown Youth Center in Soweto, South Africa, giving kids a chance to create and express themselves whereas they might not have had that chance before. The youth is our future, and right now they need our help and support.

Alex Niggemann is pleased to present his new label AEON.

Bringing us back to Alex’s roots, AEON will showcase the music which inspired him to start DJing and also begin his career as a producer. 

This new brand brings together a crew of talented artists, who share the same thoughts about House music and its way of life, creating one platform to release music that stands for quality; Classic and timeless House/Techno combined with the technical possibilities and influences of today… 

Continuously forging his own path, irrespective of any hype and what the scene is asking for, and doing everything with a passion and the will to reach his goals has made Alex Niggemann the personality he is today. Alex grew to be an established and successful DJ & producer, wanting to release music purely for lovers, for people who cut their own path, who dance just the way they feel, celebrating and being passionate about what they do without following rules and trends; the things which characterized the “rave culture” of the 90ies. 

Only two things are important - you and the music.

The debut release, ‘Just A Little’ sees Niggemann explore a chunky tech house aesthetic, precise analogue drum programming and gnarly melodies. Narrated by a late night House mantra and punctuated by full bodied synth work, ‘Just A Little’ is destined for the more discerning floors.

Bolstering the original are two well executed remixes from fellow scene stalwarts, Glimpse and Steve Bug. Poker Flat boss Bug’s mix adds a metallic shine and sleazy edge to proceedings, whilst Glimpse employs his trademark heavy set, stripped back grooves, coated in layers of gritty atmosphere and off-kilter processing.

A strong release that forms the foundations of what is set to become the go-to label for authentic House and Techno, Alex Niggemann showcases his production prowess alongside his A&R nous. 

‘Just A Little’ is out early June 2013 on Aeon .
