Mark Hanson (FM 102.3) - Guest Mix

Up next for the GM treatment is deep house Don, Mark Hanson. 

Mark is a young DJ and producer based in North Wales and has bagfuls of talent, both as a producer and a DJ which is evident in his meticulously crafted mixes. Check out his release for Drippin' in Disco, "I Can't Get Enough" for an idea of the sounds he is putting out. He's been on for various different local parties in his native Wales and is one to keep an eye out for across various UK cities and festivals in the future.

He's put together a proper deep house, vinyl only, mix for us here, seamlessly switching between Detroit, Chicago and New York grooves and tying it all together. This is one for the heads!

Artwork on this one comes from a July camp below the iconic Triple Buttress on Beinn Eighe in Torridon, NW Highlands.

Mark Hanson is a Dj and Producer from North Wales, who has been spinning for around 4 years. He is an avid collector of vinyl and primarily loves everything within and around the original deep house / garage house genres - in this fully vinyl mix, he spins some laid back and shuffly grooves with deep and soulful elements . Mark currently runs an event/brand in the north west called FM 102.3 (@fm1023), who have done multiple collaborations with the fellow North Wales label, Andras Records (@303_002).
