One of my earliest experiments with synths, figuring out how they worked in my DAW. An entire practice session in song form.

practice grounds [raw version]

A short guitar solo on an eerie background, based on the experiences of a particular New Year's Eve.

A thoughtful 7/4 melody against a polyrhythmic response, evoking a sense of uncertainty. The core idea is the thought process behind a troubled mind searching for answers.

The song is still a work in progress, but I wanted to share what I had so far.

chimera [WIP - raw version]

This song was made thinking of some good times when I visited malls, watched through the glass and saw things I wanted with some price tags way far out of my reach. It didn't really ruin the moment though.

window shopping [raw instrumental version]

Made in one late night session, this song captures the feeling of looking back and reliving nostalgic moments from the past. It has hints of bittersweetness, mixed with a splash of melancholy.
