Greg and Dan Martino - Owners of Cottage City Oysters, where they grow and harvest oysters, blue-mussels, bay scallops and seaweeds with a 3D farm system - are the only ones capable of describing exactly what they do, why they do it, and the many benefits of what they yield from their farm. 

They will be speaking about their sourcing of seaweed (and its many health benefits) at the Martha's Vineyard Museum this coming Thursday afternoon, December 12th, 2024, between 5:00 and 6:00. They have plenty to tell you about the many varieties of seaweed, its health benefits, cooking techniques, and its crucial role in supporting ocean health.
