"The History Of Apple Pie are all systems go at the moment. Having released their debut album 'Out Of View' earlier this year, they're now set to unleash another single taken from it this May.

Alongside that rather exciting news, there's a little something more. The London five-piece have also scheduled two London shows; one of which sees them open up live proceedings for the mighty Phoenix, when they make their return to the capital later this month.

They'll be performing with Phoenix at Shepherds Bush Empire, before headlining White Heat the following evening:

The band will be previewing their two newly announced dates with two Record Store Day releases too: a 12" repressing of their split single with Gross Magic, Echo Lake and Novella, as well as split 7" featuring 'Glitch' and 'Dromes' by Young Husband.

'Glitch' is also due to be released digitally on 27th May.
