The 125th installment of the art:cast series comes in three parts and was recorded live at Torture the Artist's event at Luna Club, Kiel on November 26th, 2021. The webzine and Luna invited electronic music icon and Panoramabar-resident Iron Curtis for that occasion, who was musically accompanied by Torture the Artist head Holger Breuer and Luna mainstay Friz07. The sets come in the order the artists played that night but perfectly portray the artist's musical (current) preferences. Starting off with some proper (Deep) House tunes, it's Holger Breuer warming things up in the heat of the Luna basement for Johannes Paluka alias Iron Curtis, who guides the crowd through his musical  potpourri that varies between Rave, House, Acid or Techno before Friz07 comes in with a slight deep, tech and minimalistic vibe to round things off.

Evidently or not, it's the first EP on Soundhitectures from the man behind it. Less questions than usual, but the specific melancholy and spacious signature stays. It’s his first dance floor music in the last two years. Tied To Something, Tied To Everything EP was recorded in the time he focused on music that doesn’t quite resonates in the usual club night, but what about Soundhitectures is usual? Evident comes back re-shaped and expanded with the knowledge and experience which can be heard in the three tracks that span all the way from subtle techno and house like sounds to slightly more progressive and electro. Melancholy and delayed atmosphere is still here but always stays in the domain of the rhythm. The EP opens up with Tied To Something that goes straight into the groove with the following dub pads and deep bassline. Melodic synth slowly evolves during the six minutes but it never reaches any kind of climax. Sculptured By Others takes different approach and with the use of housy breakbeat pushes the main lead from zero to maximum and back into nothing. And for the last track... You will just have to listen for yourself, because in the era of information overload, who has time to read all the music descriptions that may take away all the subjectiveness from the music?
