This Ecstatic Dance Mix was prepared for Earth 'day on April 22, 2023, and includes music from around the world. Including earthy sound, drums, African, Brazilian, Colombian, and other South American natives influences.

This meditation has the intent to align ourselves with the frequency of Christ Consciousness—heart-intelligence.

This is dynamic meditation—a practice that actively engages the body, breath, voice, and visualization. 

Seat with your back upright and your feet grounded. Meditation will start with a breathing exercise to enter into a state of coherence and harmony. 
Taking a series of deep breaths,  inhaling deeply through the nose, and exhaling through the mouth with the mouth open and a gentle hum. This will help regulate your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and center your awareness in the body. 

Following the breathwork, we will move through a series of hand postures—each one designed to activate different energy centers, accompanied by declarations.

This is a guided meditation with the intention of reprogramming our belief system from the moment of our conception, changing limiting beliefs, and incorporating a new belief system that allows us to embody the highest potential within our cells.

Meditation Feminine & Masculine Energy Balancing

An embodiment movement, creating a sacred space to dance and celebrate our being. Connecting to our inner states of  Joy, Ecstasy, and Bliss.
