Conférence : L'usage Thérapeutique Des Psychédéliques

Zoë Dubus, doctorante en histoire contemporaine, et Baptiste Fauvel, maître de conférences en psychologie, présenteront les résultats des recherches sur l’usage psychothérapeutique des substances psychédéliques, depuis la fin du XIXème siècle à nos jours.

Les mécanismes psychologiques supposés à l’origine des effets thérapeutiques des psychédéliques seront exposés. S’en suivra un échange avec le public.

INTERVENANT.E.S:

Zoë Dubus est doctorante en histoire contemporaine à l’Université d’Aix-Marseille. Sa recherche traite des transformations des pratiques médicales ainsi que des politiques de santé en lien avec l’utilisation de psychotropes, du XIXe siècle à nos jours en France. Elle s’attache à comprendre les relations qu’entretiennent les médecins avec ces produits, conçus alternativement comme des médicaments innovants ou comme des toxiques.

Baptiste Fauvel est maître de conférences en psychologie. Il enseigne à l’université Paris Cité et fait de la recherche pour le laboratoire mémoire, cerveau, cognition (LMC 2 ) où il s’intéresse aux effets de l’expérience psychédélique sur le fonctionnement psychologique au moyen de questionnaires envoyés aux usagers.

Identity Disorder reflects, in an ironic way, the psychic metamorphosis of a rat race character trapped in this burgeoning metropolis. With a full-power crunchy sound, this album is wrapped in darkness, but also retains a good sense of humour at its core. With knowledge of secret substances and body mechanics this album serves as the best medicine against concrete jungle fever and offers a gateway to the heady warmth of beach party season. Special cover art with famous Moscow landmarks is hand-painted expressly for this project by one of the first Russian psychedelic artists, Konstantin LordJaad. Mastered by Mario Darkshire.
