Opening a new year and following on from their line for the dance floor with powerful progressive basses, of melodic house and techno, Mycelium presents Shern for one of his debut EP´s. From Medellin Colombia, a city that actually has one of the strongest electronic scenes in Latin America, Santiago aka Shern is growing producer and DJ who plays frequently.
The EP is called Eternal Universe, two words that don´t have finish, and that was his inspiration to made it. Eternal, the first track, has pulsating melodies and basses, constructed with some voice samples. Its breakdown has and architecture who calls for calm but developing to an energetic build up, with a drop prepared to the dance floor. 
Universe, uses a strong and melancholic vibe, using a bass who has moves in musical scale. The melodies are Dynamic and dance with the bass. Orchestral chords in the breakdown, mixed with Deep melodies, finish in a deep burst, and invites the crowd to continue dancing.

Astral Records opens the new year by welcoming Far From Home & Retoric to the label for their first collaborative project. Based in Argentina and comprised of Lautaro Lopez Delgado & Lucas Amicone, Far From Home crafts mystical melodic techno which takes listeners on a journey. The duo's otherworldly sound has found a home on Be Free Recordings, Coalescentia Records, Heinz Music, Sequence Music and more. Astral Records has also been a home for the duo's cutting edge sound, making their label debut in 2022 with the well received 'Gates to Atlantis'. Meanwhile, Spanish artist Retoric has made impressive strides since emerging in 2019 with an EP via ARKHAMRA. The Madrid resident has earned the praise of Tale Of Us, The Element and Oostil, while continuing to display sophisticated sound design and memorable musical themes throughout his productions. Now, combining their extensive forces for the first time, Far From Home and Retoric begin 2024 on Astral Records with 'The Arrival', alongside remixes from Paul Anthonee and LORRAINNE.
