This is one of our most favorite classic sexy song from the sixties, a great tune our parents had on vinyl, with a vibe that rings true today in our music festival culture world as much as ever. We've given it a heartfelt bass treatment and a full dance remix treatment. A few of you may have heard the breaks remix of this lovely track that somehow leaked out and ended up in the Symbiosis 2012 video - funny story - but we've revisited the song since then and the vibe of the music we're feeling on the dancefloors these days and completely reworked it. This is a quick home studio master.

That time I was invited to play the magical floating treehouse known at the Drift Stage at Symbiosis Gathering!!

This is a really pretty and dark song. I'm a big fan of the original and if you like my rework I'd suggest looking it up and buying Miss Kittin's original.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on an amazing a capella for this track, and I built the bass, beat and melody to make it mine. 

I'm not sure exactly what the song is about and the artist's intention is open to interpretation, but it's probably about a little girl killing people because she feels like taking a life.

Named for the novel by the legendary Ursula K. Le Guin, this track is a journey through a dark crypt of the human soul. the wet revery human soul.

Tombs Of Atuan

This is my deep dancehall inspired track - probably the most cinematic of the EP - i was definitely visualizing video game ninja fights and channeling rock God spirits.

Hard Rain Stick

This one goes deeper - inspired by the dub I love, I felt freed by not trying to make a dancefloor banger, just irie dub music, i put the snare way in the back and let the song progress slowly, not worrying about a drop or trying to make anyone drop their pants.

This is the only track on the EP that contains an uncleared sample - I liked it so added it for the energy in case someone listened to it and hadn't been smoking for several days.

The version without the sample is available, like the rest of this unreleased EP, for licensing.

Next Wave

I wrote this song when I realized everyone I knew was openly a House Music fanatic or a closet House Music fanatic. Straight up, I mean gaily forward never straight.

Good for driving at night while following someone with your headlights off.

House Closet

Posters on the Wall sets the direction for the EP - eerie sounds, robots chatting, electronic screams I couldn't quite make quiet enough. Fun with layering the drums - this was the beginning on my experiments with making one track lead right into the next.

I wanted to write a blues track. It takes a journey from the blues through down tempo dance, though psychedalic dub reggae and back to blues.

I'm usually obsessed with 16 and 32 bar phrases when I write, it was nice to intentionally break from this and right 12 bar blues. Then the song took over and did something else. Coming back was the fun part.
