ME & her are back featuring Billie Fountains vocals with their new “Lost EP”. The title track, highlighted by wavy sounds combined with shakers and rainy percussion, turns into a sphere of late-released Bass and a melodic-melancholic vocal that takes the soul down to dusty places. Lost while dancing.

The B-side “April“, is a more upbeat instrumental, featuring energetic chords on top of a techhouse groove.

Finally, Nakadia, possibly Asia's most beloved underground DJ, reworks “Lost“ in a progressive way, adding a taste of digital and plugged synthesizers, building a darker sound-gate.

Passend zur Festival Saison ist Alfred Heinrichs mit der „Super“ EP zurück auf 
seinem Homelabel Supdub Records. Da er für seine Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Supdub-Familie schon bekannt ist, hat er sich dieses Mal Jens Lewandowski mit ins Boot geholt . Doch die beiden verbindet nicht nur das gemeinsame Label, sondern auch die Individualität in ihrem eigens für sich beanspruchten Genre: dem Melodic Techno . Das ist auch genau das was diese EP auszeichnet. Verspielte Melodien mit treibenden Beats prägen diese EP vom Anfang bis zum Ende . Was diese EP auch noch so außergewöhnlich macht, ist das sie 10 Tracks beinhaltet und deshalb den Namen „Super“ EP zu recht trägt .

The boss of supdub strikes back and releases the „Super“ EP which fits perfectly into the summer. As he is well known for collaborations with label mates he got together with Jens Lewndowski this time. Both aren´t just connected by the label Supdub but also for the individuality of their claimed genre „Melodic Techno“. That´s exactly where the EP belongs to. Playful melodies with drifting beats characterises the whole EP from the beginning to the end. This EP is extraordinary because it contains 10 tracks
and therefore bears the name SUPER EP rightly.

With the backing of a legend like globetrotting Dutch DJ and producer Joris Voorn, it is only natural to expect a lot from Toronto-based producer Daniel Dubb's debut album. Luckily, Daniel delivers on those expectations, as Pieces of the Past is a thoughtful, forward-thinking take on modern dance music and has been touted as some of his most mature music to date. In advance of the release, lead single "Pound For Pound" got some early support and praise from a long list of world-renowned DJs including Nicole Moudaber, Tensnake, and James Zabiela.

Daniel Dubb is recognized as one of Canada’s most exciting underground house artists, and the album, as Daniel tells it, has been influenced by some of the most meaningful moments of his past, which is easy to feel with the emotional journey this full length album delivers. The production has a slow-burning, ethereal vibe that showcases the artist’s masterful ability to create breathlessly slow builds and releases of tension alongside tender, beautiful melodies.

From smooth, beatless grooves like “Always,” which Nest HQ called “a house purist’s dream,” and “Float,” which LessThan3 called “smooth and silky,” all the way through to his traditional, hip hop influenced sound, Pieces of the Past has something for everyone, and proves that Daniel has a bright future ahead of him.

Daniel Dubb has released music on globally respected labels including VIVa Music, Saved, Suara, Material, 8bit, Toolroom, and Plastic City.
