La depresión y ansiedad, no son un signo de debilidad, son reales y requieren atención y tratamiento. La empatía y comprensión de la sociedad son esenciales para apoyar y crear un mejor entorno para quienes las padecen.

Día con día, millones de personas libran una batalla interna, silenciosa y constante, en contra de sus propios demonios, en donde la tristeza profunda y la pérdida de interés en las actividades cotidianas, y los sentimientos de desesperanza se repiten una y otra vez, convirtiendo a la mente en una prisión. Comúnmente sintiéndose incomprendidos por los demás, ya que el entorno social tiende a minimizar y restar importancia al sufrimiento mental, por lo cual prefieren mantener su lucha “en secreto”.

Depression and anxiety are not a sign of weakness; they are real and require attention and treatment. Empathy and understanding from society are essential to support and create a better environment for those who suffer from them.

Day after day, millions of people wage an internal, silent, and constant battle against their own demons, where deep sadness, loss of interest in daily activities, and feelings of hopelessness repeat over and over, turning the mind into a prison. They often feel misunderstood by others, as the social environment tends to minimize and downplay mental suffering, which is why they prefer to keep their struggle “in secret”.

I’m MyiaMe, a novice Swiss EDM producer drawn to the power of rhythm to move, heal, and unite.
