On Sunday 13th April 2014, Cafe' Del Mar, Malta launched the Sunday Sessions. This is a live recording of the first 2 and a half hours from Mykill's 5 hour set. NIKKI BEACH MALLORCA RED PARTY LATE HOURS SET By KARL8 & ANDREA MONTA

In diesem Jahr haben wir DJs  durch die Pandemie lediglich Musik aus dem Hintergrund beschallt. Sei es aus einem Biergarten, bei einem Sundowner,  einem LiveStream oder aus einem Einkaufscenter/Ladenlokal. 
Ich habe das mal gedanklich und musikalisch für mich verarbeitet. Dabei ist ein "WINTER CHILL MIX" entstanden, der meine privaten Favoriten aus diesem sehr speziellen Sommer widerspiegelt. Hiermit kann ich noch mal ein wenig gedanklich in eine hoffentlich bald wieder bessere Welt abtauchen! Vielleicht gelingt das ja Euch auch damit? Ich sitze  gerade in Gedanken hinten rechts auf diesem Steg auf dem Cover des Mixes und geniesse den Sonnenuntergang am Meer mit einem Gläschen Wein , sowie ein paar Tapas 🙂 
Eigentlich haben wir hier momentan Winter und man sollte schon in Weihnachtsstimmung sein...Irgendwie ist das aber auch dieses Jahr anders. Mal schauen, wo die Reise für uns noch hingehen wird. Also erst einmal  Musik an und Welt aus. 
Trotz alledem wünsche ich Euch ein schönes Adventswochenende.

For the past 20 years Mykill has established himself as one of Malta’s top djs, with residencies at the biggest venues like: Café del Mar, Gianpula, Isle of MTV festival and all major national and international events by Pacha, G7, Malta Tourism Authority, ADE, Sunglasses at Night and Whysoserious.

On an International level his adventures behind the decks have taken him to play world wide events exporting his unique dj sets with Internationally renowned clubbing franchises such as Pacha, Buddha bar, MTV, Amsterdam Dance Event and Ministry of Sound in: Ibiza, Dubai, Caribbean Island of St Martin, Qatar, Austria, Amsterdam, Prague, Czech Republic, London, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia and Cyprus to name a few.

Mykill started his musical stint as a guitarist and front man in a punk band in the 90s, eventually swapping his electric guitar for a pair of turntables and a mixer. Working hard and putting in the years to finally establishing his name as an original Dj, show man and crowd pleaser.  

 

Mykill is a party Dj, when he takes over the Dj stand the dance floor ignites immediately, as he delivers track after track, never taking safe bets, but simply interacting with his crowd no matter what capacity the club holds, like a friend would put tunes you love at your private house party. Having a musical background Mykill loves teaming up with musicians in his set, with carefully rehearsed impromptu solos on top of his mixes accompanied by live musicians. One of his most popular side projects is Mykill & Brass as he performs with live trumpet, saxophone and percussions.

With almost 20 years full time experience as a dj he can adapt to the crowd in front of him and is very at home playing: House, Big room, chill out, Lounge, Rnb and Retro music.
