Happy 2025 ! may it be an amazing year for everyone. I have been hosting a monthly dance practice for the past 4 years called Expressive movement. It is a facilitated, music lead dance, movement meditation which follows a considered wave of 5 parts. I will be posting my class monthly for the rest of the year to share with you out there. Happy dancing :)

Carlita is a multiculturally inspired DJ/Nomade from Turkey. Because of her upbringing in the US, she was able to discover music from all over the world. "Sentimiento" is Carlita's reflections of her feelings. Carlita’s music perfectly represents the mixture of Middle Eastern and Latin American Culture. Her style is a spiritual and unpretentious combination of ethnic beats, latin rhythms, afro disco and tropical psychedelia. "I want to thank every single soul who inspired me with their culture, language and music, especially those from the Caribbean Islands, Central America and South America”  According to her, love for music connects people, synch up brains and brings people to the same emotional experience. For the past 20 years Mykill has established himself as one of Malta’s top djs, with residencies at the biggest venues like: Café del Mar, Gianpula, Isle of MTV festival and all major national and international events by Pacha, G7, Malta Tourism Authority, ADE, Sunglasses at Night and Whysoserious.

On an International level his adventures behind the decks have taken him to play world wide events exporting his unique dj sets with Internationally renowned clubbing franchises such as Pacha, Buddha bar, MTV, Amsterdam Dance Event and Ministry of Sound in: Ibiza, Dubai, Caribbean Island of St Martin, Qatar, Austria, Amsterdam, Prague, Czech Republic, London, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia and Cyprus to name a few.

Mykill started his musical stint as a guitarist and front man in a punk band in the 90s, eventually swapping his electric guitar for a pair of turntables and a mixer. Working hard and putting in the years to finally establishing his name as an original Dj, show man and crowd pleaser.  

 

Mykill is a party Dj, when he takes over the Dj stand the dance floor ignites immediately, as he delivers track after track, never taking safe bets, but simply interacting with his crowd no matter what capacity the club holds, like a friend would put tunes you love at your private house party. Having a musical background Mykill loves teaming up with musicians in his set, with carefully rehearsed impromptu solos on top of his mixes accompanied by live musicians. One of his most popular side projects is Mykill & Brass as he performs with live trumpet, saxophone and percussions.

With almost 20 years full time experience as a dj he can adapt to the crowd in front of him and is very at home playing: House, Big room, chill out, Lounge, Rnb and Retro music.
