It's been like 2 years since I've released any music. It's not that I haven't been working on stuff, I just needed some time to figure out what I wanted to do after I graduated.

To be honest I still haven't figured that out, but then I realized what's the point of creating music if no one is going to hear it?

So I'm just going to start throwing some of the stuff I've been working on out there. This song kind of highlights some of what I've been going through. Eventually sometime soon I'm going to release a project called "Kenny Loftin" too.

Don't Go (Prod. Hued)

Between the loneliness, extra time & overall weirdness of quarantine I found some inspiration to begin writing again and came up with this record- 'Feel The Same'. It's supposed to be lighthearted & fun, while capturing everyone's desire for things to be normal again. Quarantine has brought us "a new normal", phases of adjustment, and so many ridiculous hobbies to kill time that we'd never be doing if we were living our regular lives... This song is meant to shed some positivity on these weird times.. knowing they'll someday get better :)

It's been a long time since Mylestone has released any music- like 5 years long. Growing up in the Boston area, Myles developed a love for music from his Grandmother & began playing the piano & saxophone at a young age. Over time traditional instruments became bedroom production & songwriting, and eventually at a college event he ran into MiMS (known for hits like "This Is Why I'm Hot", "Move" and "Like This"). The two hit it off, exchanged music, and ended up collaborating on Myles' first real single, "Gone". A catchy party tune that got him into some trouble with his college at the time... 

Since graduating Myles took an extended break from writing, and in 2020 made a cross country move from Boston to the San Francisco Bay Area. A month into his new life, knowing essentially no one out there, the whole world shut down. Between the loneliness, extra time & overall weirdness of quarantine he finally found some inspiration to start writing again and developed a new sound. Who knows what the future holds for Myles' music, but he's excited to actually release songs & put this new fun/feel good/sarcastic sound out there for whoever will listen.
