The international #coldwave duo VAPNA (Andrey Vazyanau & Pavel Astakhau) is preparing to release their second full-length album 'Amal' [almost], preceded by two singles: '1000 Krain' [1000 countries] (28/ІІ.2025) and 'Redki Vid' [rare species] (28/ІІІ.2025). The guys receive support in the release and distribution on streaming from the non-commercial music platform Radio Plato, on which their debut album 'Askiepki' [fragments] was released in 2023, and a live session released in 2024 'Palimery' [polymers] +bonus tracks.

We are happy to present the single "Niamiha Nemiega" from the upcoming album of the Belarusian coldwave band Vapna. The album will be released on July 6 at Radio Plato.

"Niamiha Nemiega translated from Lithuanian means "Niamiha does not sleep". This is a song about the lost closeness of Minsk and Vilnius – a memory of the time when you could jump on a train in one city and arrive in another on the same evening. The closeness we want to regain, for now at least with a song", – Vapna.

Many Belarusian bands feel the lack of opportunity to play concerts - and thus give their songs a new life. Vapna is no exception, so they recorded a live album to make up for the lack of contact with the audience. The song Pravakatar was the first single from Vapna's studio album Askiepki (2023), and now it has evolved into something completely different, absorbing a bit of sun and sea. You can hear it gradually, in motion towards the end of the seven-minute journey. Bon voyage, and see you soon with the live album from Vapna.

The Belarusian indie band Vapna is releasing a bilingual single, "1000 Krain / Nusivylimas" (A Thousand Countries) / Nusivylimas (Disappointment) — a dreamy song about love, disappointment, and freedom, which everyone will understand in their own way. The song was originally written in Lithuanian, with the Belarusian version emerging later.

"1000 Krain / Nusivylimas" is the first single from Vapna’s upcoming album, "Amal" (Almost), set to be released at the end of spring 2025.
