NBCC is proud to premiere an original song by 2019 Plumbing Alumni, Alex Madsen “Never Too Late For a Change”.

A member of the Moncton-based country music band The Divorcees, we reached out to Alex asking him to create a song for NBCC early this year.  The original concept was the development of a promotional tune about NBCC’s programs. The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting work disruption experienced by many however prompted a deeper conversation and change in approach. Madsen drew upon his own experience as a mature learner seeking a career change and the result is this song about his journey at NBCC. It really resonated with us, especially now.

We hope this tune gets stuck in your heads like it’s been stuck in ours, so you can be constantly reminded that no matter where you are in life, there’s always hope and it’s never too late for a change 💙
