Calmer than ever. Just me, a single flower, and life itself. This feeling is everything I call life. Perhaps the most enduring melody I've ever composed is this one. Dedicated to the ears of all who receive flowers as gifts— And especially to the one who gave me this flower, Redefining what life means to me.

THE LIFE STORY - KIANOUSH KOUROSHI

This song was born from a true moment I’ll never forget. My best friend’s grandmother was dying, and I was at her bedside while the family gathered, all crying and holding her hand. I could feel she was waiting for permission to let go, so I leaned close, told her I loved her, said goodbye, and whispered, “Fly free now, sweetie — whenever I see an eagle flying overhead, I’ll know it’s you visiting me.” Even in those last minutes she reached up and gave me a huge hug — the only one she gave at first. My friend's  aunt asked, “Hey, how come you’re the only one she hugged?” That question is exactly what the song’s line “Why her? Why only Vicky?” answers — it was the moment I told her it was okay to let go. 

Then one by one the family went to her and said their goodbyes, and told her it was okay to let go; I even convinced her son who was outside crying because he didn't want to see her dying, to go in and tell her he loved her and let her go. Seconds after he left her, and came back outside she passed, and at that very instant an eagle soared over us and circled, as if to say she’d taken flight. 

Ever since, every time I see an eagle I say hello to her — and many who watched that day became believers in that simple, beautiful sign. This song is my tribute to that goodbye, the peace of letting go, and the way love can lift us up.

Holding Back The Years

To test a sound from the Gradient synthesizer (Native.Instrument), I improvise  and in general I start from that to compose  but this time   I'm sharing it with you as is, just because I like the sound. I just added some percussion.
Pour essayer un son du synthé Gradient (Native.Instrument) j'ai improvisé et en général je part de cela pour composer mais finalement je vous livre ce titre tel quel  juste parce que j'aime bien ce son.  J'ai  simplement ajouté des percussions.
